These terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of map Data ("Data") provided by this website (“Website”). Please be sure to read these Terms of Use before using Data. By accessing or using Data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Article 1 (License Grant)
1.1 Zenrin Co., Ltd. or any third party who grants license to Zenrin Co., Ltd. owns copyright in and to Data.
1.2 Kin Town shall grant you to use Data as follows but only within the scope of private use stipulated in the copyright law of Japan. You understand and agree that nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed to grant to you any right or license except for following rights:
(i) to browse Data displayed on Website; and
(ii) to print out any portion of Data displayed on Website on a paper.
Article 2 (Restriction on use)
In using Data, you shall comply with the following restrictions:
(i) unless expressly permitted in the Article1, you shall not copy, transfer, extract, process, update, adapt, send, or otherwise use Data in whole or in part.
(ii) You shall not permit any third party to use Data (including any copies or abstraction thereof), whether for free or for fee, or by any manner such as assignment, sublicense or data transmission.
Article 3 (Warranty)
If this site does not necessarily satisfy the purpose or requirement of the user, Kin Town does not claim responsibility for exchanging, repairing and other responsibilities (even if they exist).
Article 4 (Modification,Suspension or Discontinuance of Website)
4.1 For Maintenance and inspection of Website on a regular basis, Kin Town can temporarily suspend all or part of provision of Data on Website.
4.2 If any of the following cases happen, Kin Town may temporarily suspend all or part of the provision of Data on Website without giving prior notice to you:
(i) In case of urgent maintenance and inspection of Website;
(ii) In the event that management of Website became impossible due to accidents such as fire and blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, war, riots, labor disputes,or other event of force majeure;
(iii) Kin Town judges that temporary interruption of management of Website is necessary due to operational or technical reasons; or
(iv) When the operation of Website becomes impossible due to obstacles etc. of Website.
4.3 Kin Town may terminate provision of Website at any time and at Kin Town ’s sole discretion.
＜information for sediment disaster＞
According to the Act on Sediment Disaster Countermeasures for Sediment Disaster Prone Areas, the Sediment Disaster Prone Areas is designated by Okinawa Prefecture as an area where there is a risk of harm to the residents if collapse of the cliff area or debris flow occurs.
If you need detailed information such as “Disclocure Statemant” when dealings of real estate, please check the detailed the sediment disaster prone area in Okinawa Prefecture northern Civil Engineering Office.
＜Information for Tsunami＞
The tsunami disaster warning area is set based on the “Tsunami Inundation Assumption” area based on the tsunami of the largest class based on the Act on Development of Areas Resilient to Tsunami Disasters.
Inundation may occur even outside the area due to differences in calculation such as irregularities in the local ground, ground changes due to the earthquake and structural changes. Please pay attention even you are outside of the area.

第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
２．金武町は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。
第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1)前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。
(2)有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わず、データ（その全部又は一部の複製物、出力物、抽出物その他利用物を含む）を第三者に利用させないこと。
(3)複製成果を製本・冊子・ファイリング等の束ねた形態又は複製成果を貼り合わせた形態にして使用及び利用しないこと。
(4)印刷した地図の大きさはA3サイズ以下とすること。
第３条（保 証）
利用者は、データは必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなくまたすべてが正確かつ完全ではないこと、及び金武町はこれらがあってもデータの交換・修補その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。
第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．金武町は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．金武町は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3)金武町が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．金武町は、自己の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
土砂災害特別警戒区域及び土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として沖縄県が指定する区域です。不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」等で詳細な情報が必要な場合は、沖縄県北部土木事務所で詳細な警戒区域の箇所等をご確認ください。
＜津波に関する情報＞
津波災害計画区域は、平成27年3月設定・公表の津波法に基づく、最大クラスの津波による「津波浸水想定」の区域を基本として設定しています。局所的な地盤の凹凸、地震による地盤変動や構造物の変状など、計算条件との差異により、区域外でも浸水が発生する場合があります。指定区域外においても注意が必要です。
